Remarks | 1. The application fee for Period 1 (Nihon University Entrance Examination) is 35,000 yen, and the application fee for Period 2 (Entrance Examination using the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU)) is 25,000 yen. 2. Tuition and fees vary by department (Tuition is from 830,000 yen to 1,100,000 yen. There are fees from 200,000 to 380,000 yen.) 3. Nihon University Alumni Association Fees (Associate Membership) are 10,000 yen per year. Furthermore, in their graduating year, students must pay 10,000 yen for the first year of full membership. 4. There are student support association fees and maintenance fees of 10,000 to 40,000 yen per year, depending on the college. You will receive additional details from your chosen college. 5. The university plans to ask for fund-raising activities after admission, though this is an optional activity at your will to improve the foundation of educational, research, and medical activities. 6. (1) Having a status of residence other than "Short-Term Stay". (2) Having a status of residence valid at least until the day after the Period 2 exam enrollment procedures deadline (March 12, 2021). ● The Period 2 exam for the College of Humanities and Sciences may be taken by the following students who have taken the "Japanese" section of the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) in June 2019, November 2019, or November 2020 and they fulfill the following score requirements. (1) Total score for "Japanese" is 240 points or higher. (2) Total score for "Japanese (writing)" is 35 points or higher. (3) Score for "Mathematics course 2" is 130 points or higher for Department of Information Science (Because of COVID-19, EJU in June 2020 was canceled.) ● For the Department of Social Welfare, international students can qualify to take the test for social work certification, but following certification, they will not be able obtain a work visa for employment as a social worker.
