Remarks 1. An annual associate membership fee of 10,000 yen for the Nihon University Alumni Association must be paid. Additionally, a fee of 10,000 yen covering the first year of full membership dues must be paid during the graduation year.
2. Depending on the faculty, annual fees such as support association fees or maintenance fees (ranging from 10,000 to 40,000 yen) may be required (as of the 2027 academic year). Please check the guidance page on the online application website for details.
3. To support the infrastructure for education, research, and clinical activities, the university plans to request voluntary contributions to fundraising initiatives after enrollment.
4. Depending on the courses taken, separate fees for coursework or practical training may be required (please contact the Faculty for more details).

 2) Must have taken one of the following English proficiency tests and be able to submit the official score report (original copy); direct submission from the testing agency is not accepted:
 (1) TOEIC® L&R Official Score Certificate
 (2) TOEFL iBT® Test Taker Score Report
※For TOEIC® L&R, scores from TOEIC®-IP tests, TOEIC® Speaking & Writing, and TOEIC® Bridge are not accepted as meeting the application requirements.
※For TOEFL iBT®, scores from TOEFL ITP®, TOEFL® Paper-delivered Test, and TOEFL iBT® Home Edition are not accepted as meeting the application requirements.
※For each English proficiency test, scores are valid only if the test date is within two years of the application deadline.
