The Faculty of Human Sciences provides students with scientific and logical thinking abilities together with a comprehensive, multifaceted ability to understand people. While providing an education with respect for human dignity based on the founding spirit of our school and through the study of psychology, life sciences, and the latest in natural sciences, our lessons lead students to deepen their understanding of people. Furthermore, students will possess an active voice, equipped with rich communication skills and the ability to analyze problems, as well as the power to independently and pragmatically solve problems in the real world. With the worsening of bullying and abuse, the increase in teenage apathy, and the many issues surrounding how to improve welfare for aged persons, disabled persons and people facing hardships, the world these days is confronted with many historical social challenges. Here, we are cultivating personnel who will be able to truthfully face these challenges from a multifaceted approach involving psychology, life sciences, sociology, and welfare, and find solutions from a scientific understanding.
