Remarks There is no minimum Japanese language score requirement for the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) as an application qualification (taking the exam is mandatory), but applicants are expected to have Japanese language proficiency equivalent to a score of 300 or higher (including the writing section) on the EJU Japanese language test at the time of application.

Remarks Application Requirements:

・A score of 300 or higher (including the writing section) in the Japanese language section of the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU), or a pass at N2 level or higher in the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).

・Applicants must have taken one of the following tests after November 2023: TOEFL iBT® (including TOEFL iBT® Home Edition), IELTS™, or TOEIC® L&R.

[For the "Toyo University SDGs International Student Ambassador Program" Entrance Exam]
This program recognizes privately financed international students who are motivated and capable of contributing to the global community toward achieving the SDGs, and who will engage in SDG-related and globalization activities on and off campus after enrollment. Certified ambassadors receive support such as tuition fee reductions and housing assistance.

Eligibility criteria:

1. A score of 79 or higher on TOEFL iBT® (including Home Edition), or 6.0 or higher on IELTS™ (Academic Module), or 780 or higher on TOEIC® L&R.2

2. The submitted "SDGs Action Plan" must be outstanding.
