Those who don't have Japanese nationality, be over 18 years old on April 1st, 2020 and fulfill all of the following requirements;
1)have completed the required twelve years of formal education in a foreign country or recognized same qualification by the Ministry of Education.
2)have college status of residence or be able to get is at the time of entrance.
3)got over 200 points in Japanese examination of EJU or level 2 or above in JLPT.
