The "Osaka residents and their children" category applies when the eligible person completes the designated procedures and is certified.
Eligible persons: The admitted student or their parent registered in the same family registry has continuously maintained a resident registration in Osaka Prefecture for over one year prior to the admission date (for students enrolling in April 2026, this means on or before April 1, 2025). This requirement applies equally to persons without Japanese nationality.
