"Osaka Prefecture residents and their children": 282,000 yen; "Others": 382,000 yen.
The rate for "Osaka Prefecture residents and their children" applies when the following eligible individuals complete the prescribed procedures and receive certification:
Eligible individuals: The incoming student, or the student's father or mother listed in the same family register, who has continuously maintained a registered address (resident record) in Osaka Prefecture for at least one year prior to the date of admission (e.g., on or before April 1, 2026, for students enrolling in April 2027). These requirements apply equally to individuals who do not hold Japanese nationality.
