The Global Japanese Studies Course (Global-J) is an English degree program, but proof of Japanese language proficiency is required.

Master's Degree PWhen applying, submit a certificate of having passed Level 1 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (a past certificate is acceptable), or a score report of 220 or higher on the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) (a past certificate is acceptable). However, depending on the course, applicants with a score of Level 2 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test or a score of 200 or higher on the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) may be accepted.
