If you decline to enroll after completing the admission procedure, we will refund the payment excluding the enrollment fee only if you have submitted the admission withdrawal notice by the deadline specified by the University. For applicants applying from countries outside Japan where the EJU is not administered, applications will be accepted only from those who have taken the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) at the N2 level or higher within the two years prior to application and can submit documentation proving their results (limited to residents of countries where the EJU is not held). If you are mailing application documents from overseas, you must contact the Admissions Office (Admissions Administration Center) by the start date of the application period.
