หมายเหตุ	For the Special Selection for International Students (November), the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) scores accepted are those from the June 2025, November 2025, or June 2026 administrations. Applicants applying from countries outside Japan where the EJU is not administered are permitted to apply only if they have taken the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) at the N2 level or higher within the two years prior to application and can submit documentation proving their results (limited to residents of countries where the EJU is not held). If you are mailing application documents from overseas, you must contact the Admissions Office (Admissions Administration Center) before the application period begins. Individuals residing outside Japan who do not hold a Japanese status of residence—or who hold "Temporary Visitor" status—must apply for the entrance examination held in November; they are not eligible to apply for the entrance examination held in January.
