Remarks <Eligibility for Application>

Applicants must be non-Japanese nationals who satisfy all of the following conditions (1) to (3), or who are expected to satisfy them by March 2027.

1. By the time of enrollment, applicants must be able to obtain a “Student” status of residence under the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act.

2. For first-year enrollment: Applicants must have completed 12 years of schooling in a foreign education system, or possess an equivalent qualification.
For second-year transfer admission: Applicants must have completed 13 years of schooling in a foreign education system, or possess an equivalent qualification.
For third-year transfer admission: Applicants must have completed 14 years of schooling in a foreign education system, or possess an equivalent qualification.

3. Applicants must meet one of the following Japanese language requirements:
1. A total score of 200 points or higher on the Japanese-language section of the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) administered by the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO), excluding the writing score; or have passed JLPT N2 or N1.
2. Possess Japanese language ability equivalent to the above.

For applications submitted from within Japan, the application period is November 1 to November 6. The examination date, announcement of results, and deadline for enrollment procedures are the same as those for applicants from outside Japan.
