| Remarks | Scholarship Program Among the successful applicants of the entrance examination for international students, one student who is recognized for outstanding academic achievement will be awarded a scholarship of 780,000 yen per year, for a maximum of four years. There is no obligation to repay this scholarship. Refund of Tuition and Other Fees in Case of Withdrawal If, due to unavoidable circumstances, an applicant who has already completed the admission procedures decides to withdraw from enrollment, they must complete the refund procedure. Upon completion of the refund procedure, the tuition fees and other expenses paid at the time of admission will be refunded, excluding the admission fee. Details of the refund procedure are provided in the document titled “Information on Admission Procedures”, which will be sent to successful applicants. |

| Remarks | Examination Dates Saturday, November 29, 2025 Sunday, November 30, 2025 (One of the above dates will be designated by the faculty.) Eligibility for Application Applicants must meet all of the following conditions: 1. Individuals who do not hold Japanese nationality, and who possess a status of residence of “Student” as defined under the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, or who hold a “Temporary Visitor” visa. 2. Individuals who fall under any one of conditions A–E below: A. Those who have completed 12 years of schooling outside Japan, or an equivalent course designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, or those expected to do so by March 31, 2026. B. Those who hold the International Baccalaureate qualification awarded by the International Baccalaureate Organization, a foundation established under the Swiss Civil Code, or those expected to obtain it by March 31, 2026. C. Those who hold the German Abitur qualification recognized as a university entrance qualification by the federal states of Germany, or those expected to obtain it by March 31, 2026. D. Those who hold the French Baccalauréat qualification recognized as a university entrance qualification in France, or those expected to obtain it by March 31, 2026. E. Those who hold the General Certificate of Education Advanced Level (GCE A-Level) recognized as a university entrance qualification in the United Kingdom, or those expected to obtain it by March 31, 2026. 3. Individuals who have taken the required subjects designated by the university in the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) administered by the Japan Student Services Organization in June 2025. Individual Screening of Application Eligibility Applicants who require individual screening of application eligibility must submit a request at least one month prior to the start date of the application period.
