Refund of Tuition and Fees upon Declining Enrollment: Students who have completed enrollment procedures but must decline admission due to unavoidable circumstances should follow the procedure for a refund of tuition and fees. Upon completion of the refund process, the tuition and miscellaneous fees—excluding the admission fee—will be refunded from the amount paid at the time of enrollment. Eligibility: Applicants must meet all of the following criteria: 1. Individuals who do not hold Japanese nationality and possess a "Student" status of residence as defined by the "Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act," or who hold a "Temporary Visitor" visa. 2. Individuals who meet any of the following criteria (A through F): A. Individuals who have completed a 12-year school education curriculum in a foreign country, or those designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology as equivalent thereto, including those expected to meet this requirement by March 31, 2027. B. Individuals who hold the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma awarded by the International Baccalaureate Organization, a foundation established under the Swiss Civil Code. C. Individuals who hold the *Abitur* qualification, which is recognized as a university entrance qualification in the states of the Federal Republic of Germany. D. Holders of the Baccalaureate qualification recognized as a university entrance qualification in the French Republic. E. Holders of the General Certificate of Education Advanced Level (GCE A-Level) or International General Certificate of Education Advanced Level (International A-Level) qualification recognized as a university entrance qualification in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. F. Holders of the European Baccalaureate qualification recognized as a university entrance qualification in European Union member states. 3. Individuals who took the specific examination subjects designated by this university during the "Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students" (EJU) administered by the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) in June 2026. Regarding Individual Screening of Eligibility for Admission Applicants requiring an individual screening of eligibility for admission must submit an application for such screening no later than one month prior to the start of the application acceptance period.
