* "Chitose City residents" refers to individuals for whom the applicant or their guardian (person with parental authority or a guardian of a minor) has maintained an address in Chitose City for at least one year prior to the first day of the month of enrollment and is expected to continue residing there after enrollment. A copy of the Certificate of Residence (Juminhyo) must be submitted as proof.

1 In addition to the above, the Student Education and Research Accident and Injury Insurance premium (reference: 3,300 yen for the 2026 academic year) and the alumni association fee (12,000 yen) must be paid separately at the time of enrollment procedures.
