| Remarks | International students receive a full waiver of the admission fee. Students with outstanding academic performance receive a full or partial (50%) tuition waiver. From the second year onwards, tuition waivers may continue based on semester-by-semester academic performance (based on data for students admitted between 2011 and 2026; application, admission, and tuition fees are subject to change). Miscellaneous fees vary by department: 285,060 yen for the Department of International Liberal Arts, Department of Environmental Science, and Department of Living Environment Science and Informatics; 285,130 yen for the Department of Food and Health Sciences. International students are required to live in the on-campus dormitory for the duration of their four-year enrollment (dormitory fees are 90,000 yen per semester; payment timing and amounts will be notified during enrollment procedures; a cleaning fee is required for the first semester of the first year). Please note that dormitory fees are scheduled to be revised for the 2027 academic year. In addition to the above, an educational enhancement fee (covering costs such as experiments, practical training, and qualification acquisition) is required; the amount varies by department.
