Remarks The enrollment fee of 423,000 yen applies to those residing outside Nagano Prefecture.
All first-year students are required to live in the dormitory, so separate dormitory fees are necessary. Dormitory fee: 12,500 yen/month; common service fee: approximately 14,000 yen/month.
All second-year students participate in an overseas program, so additional expenses for the overseas program are required.

There are the following fee reduction and exemption systems for international students:

The enrollment fee can be reduced by one-third upon application at the time of admission procedure. The reduced enrollment fee in this case is 282,000 yen.

Tuition fee reduction system is available at half the regular amount.

Dormitory fees may be exempted for academically excellent students who are permitted to continue living in the dormitory after the first year (common service fees will still be charged).

All reductions and exemptions are subject to academic and financial criteria.
