New Classroom Buildings and Upgraded Educational and Research Environments

New classroom buildings and related facilities were completed at Fukakusa Campus in April 2025.
Lush green spaces, benches, and pergolas embodying the Fukakusa forest concept were added across the campus. This future-focused campus was designed for the post-COVID era and aims to become a hub for the social sciences, where students, faculty, staff, and local residents can gather and engage in diverse interactions.

Ryukoku University is equipped with library facilities at all three campuses. With a total collection of over 2.3 million volumes, it ranks among the largest library collections in Japan. A wide range of domestic and international databases are also available, supporting the university's education and research activities.
