หมายเหตุ	1. Application fees vary depending on the examination method (35,000 yen for the AN Common Schedule Method; 18,000 yen for the N University-wide Unified Admission System, Terms 1 and 2). 2. If you simultaneously apply to the same department and major under both the AN Common Schedule Method and the N University-wide Unified Admission System (Terms 1 and 2), you may apply by paying only the application fee for the A Individual Method. 3. An annual associate membership fee of 10,000 yen for the Nihon University Alumni Association is required. Additionally, a fee of 10,000 yen covering the first year of full membership must be paid during the graduation year. 4. Depending on the faculty, annual fees such as support association fees or maintenance fees (ranging from 10,000 to 40,000 yen) may be required (as of the 2027 academic year). Please check the guidance page on the online application website for details. 5. To support the infrastructure for education, research, and clinical activities, the university plans to request voluntary contributions to fundraising initiatives after enrollment. 6. Depending on the coursework, separate fees for classes or practical training may be required (please contact the Faculty for more details). *Items 3 through 5 are subject to change.
