หมายเหตุ	1. Application fees vary depending on the admission method (35,000 yen for Method A [Individual Admission System]; 18,000 yen for Method N [N University-wide Unified Admission System Term 1 & 2]). 2. If you apply simultaneously to the same department and major under both Method A and Method N (Terms 1 or 2), you may apply by paying only the application fee for Method A. 3. An annual associate membership fee of 10,000 yen for the Nihon University Alumni Association is required. Additionally, a fee of 10,000 yen covering the first year of full membership is required during the graduation year. 4. Depending on the faculty, annual fees such as support association fees or maintenance fees (ranging from 10,000 to 40,000 yen) may be required (as of the 2027 academic year). Please check the guidance page on the online application website for details. 5. To support the infrastructure for education, research, and clinical activities, the university plans to request voluntary contributions to fundraising initiatives after enrollment. 6. Depending on the coursework, separate fees for classes or practical training may be required (please contact the Faculty for more details). *Items 3 through 5 are subject to change.
