Remarks | For application with International Baccalaureate, interview (oral examination) only. For other types of application, the interview will be conducted in Japanese and English. Personal interviews will be conducted, and English language skills will be examined during the interview. Results of EJU will be used only for the general type. Japanese, Mathematics 2, the highest score will be used from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The question language in "Japanese as a Foreign Language" is only Japanese. EJU scores from either June or November 2023 or June 2024 will be referenced. Only for general type, EJU is required. On that occasion, 240 points or more are necessary at Japanese (without Writing). Only for the Recommendation quota, applicants must have a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher or equivalent at the secondary school in which they are enrolled. For the International Baccalaureate type, if your mother tongue is not Japanese and you did not complete Japanese A or Japanese B, you are required to submit a document to verify that you have enough Japanese proficiency to understand lectures in this faculty.
