| Remarks | 1. Application fees vary depending on the admission method (35,000 yen for the "A" Individual Admission Method; 18,000 yen for the "N" University-wide Unified Admission Method, Terms 1 and 2). 2. If you apply simultaneously to the same department and major under both the "A" Individual Admission Method and the "N" University-wide Unified Admission Method (Terms 1 or 2), you may apply by paying only the application fee for the "A" Individual Admission Method. 3. An annual associate membership fee of 10,000 yen for the Nihon University Alumni Association is required. Additionally, a fee of 10,000 yen for the first year of full membership must be paid during the graduation year. 4. Depending on the faculty, annual fees such as supporter association fees or maintenance fees (ranging from 10,000 to 40,000 yen) may be required (as of the 2027 academic year). Please check the guidance page on the online application website for details. 5. To support the infrastructure for education, research, and clinical activities, the university plans to request voluntary contributions to fundraising initiatives after enrollment. 6.
