(2) Applicants must have taken the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) administered by the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO)—specifically the "Japanese as a Foreign Language" and "Japan and the World" (test language: Japanese) subjects—or the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) at the N2 level or higher.
