Rikkyo University offers tuition reduction to privately financed international students who have a ‘College Student’ resident status after enrollment, and who may otherwise financially struggle to pay academic fees. The tuition fee reduction for academic year 2018 is 30%. Please note that the reduction system and rate are subject to change year to year. Students who are currently on a leave of absence or who have exceeded the standard number of years of study are not eligible for tuition fee reduction.
