Science: For the Division of Science, the Division of Mechanical Engineering, and the Division of Electronic and Information Engineering, select one subject from Physics or Chemistry; for the Division of Life Science, select one subject from Physics, Chemistry, or Biology; no science subject is required for other Divisions. Additionally, the combined score for the "Japanese as a Foreign Language" (Reading Comprehension, Listening Comprehension, and Listening-Reading Comprehension) and "Mathematics" (Course 2) sections of the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) must be 370 points or higher (out of a maximum of 600 points), with a score of 120 points or higher in "Mathematics" (Course 2).
