Remarks Tuition Fee Reduction System for Independently Funded International Students

In order to reduce the financial burden placed on independently funded international students, Tama University has a tuition fee reduction system (30% reduction that does not need to be repaid).

1. Reduction Amount: 270,000 yen (30% of tuition fees) per year.

2. Students Eligible for Reduction
A) Students on a ‘College Student’ visa (must not hold a ‘Dependent’, ‘Permanent Resident’, ‘Spouse or Child of Japanese Resident’, ‘Spouse or Child of Permanent Resident’, or ‘Long Term Resident’ visa)
B) Is an independently funded international student studying a regular degree program at Tama University.
