Remarks { Regarding Withdrawal of Enrollment (Excluding Single-Choice Applications) ]
Successful applicants of the Special Selection (Privately Financed International Students) General Admission Examination who have completed the admission procedures (up to the second procedure) and wish to decline enrollment must contact the Admissions and Public Relations Office of the university by telephone without fail. The university will send you the prescribed “Notification of Enrollment Withdrawal”.

Only those who submit the Notification of Enrollment Withdrawal by the deadline indicated below will be eligible for a refund of all fees paid, excluding the application fee and admission fee.

Please note that if the withdrawal request is made after the deadline, no fees will be refunded.
