・Individuals for whom payment of tuition is difficult because the person responsible for their educational expenses has passed away or suffered damage from a natural disaster (such as a storm or flood) within the year prior to enrollment (or within six months prior to the screening reference date for students in their second year or above).
・Individuals recognized as having other unavoidable circumstances.
