Remarks Delays in payment of fees will not be accepted under any circumstances. Entrance examination fees and admission fees that have been paid will not be refunded.

If you decline admission after completing the enrollment procedures, the first semester tuition (excluding the admission fee) will be refunded.
Please fill out the designated "Notification of Withdrawal from Admission and Request for Refund of Tuition, etc." form and submit it by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 (documents must arrive by mail or be submitted in person at the office).

However, for those who have completed the enrollment procedures through the Comprehensive Selection or School Recommendation Selection, neither the admission fee nor the first semester tuition can be refunded.

 [A] Hold foreign nationality and have completed, or are expected to complete by March 31, 2026, 12 years of school education in a foreign country; or be recognized as having an equivalent qualification as designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan.
 [B] Hold foreign nationality and have obtained university entrance qualifications in a foreign country.

(3) Hold a "College Student" residence status as of April 1, 2026.

(4) Have passed Level N2 or higher of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT), or have a total score of 220 or higher in the "Japanese" (Listening, Listening-Reading, and Reading) section of the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU); or be recognized as having equivalent Japanese language proficiency (please request the designated “Certificate of Japanese Language Proficiency” form from the Admissions Office in advance).
