If you withdraw your enrollment after completing the enrollment procedures, the first semester's tuition fees (excluding the enrollment fee) will be refunded.

Please fill out the required information on the university's designated "Withdrawal of Enrollment and Request for Refund of Tuition Fees" form and submit it by 4:00 PM on Wednesday, March 31, 2027 (must arrive by mail or in person at the Shin-Yurigaoka Campus office).

However, if you have passed the comprehensive selection or school recommendation selection and completed the enrollment procedures, the enrollment fee and first semester's tuition fees will not be refunded.

(3) Have completed a 12-year course of schooling in a foreign country, or be expected to complete it by March 31, 2027, or be equivalent to such a person as designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (for courses shorter than 12 years, applicants must also have completed a preparatory education course or training facility course designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, or be expected to complete it by March 31, 2027).

(4) Possess a valid "Student" residence status as of April 1, 2027.

(5) Applicants who meet either of the following conditions at the time of application:
[a] Passing the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or higher
[b] A total score of 220 or higher in the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) "Japanese" (Listening Comprehension, Listening and Reading Comprehension, Reading Comprehension)

Note 1: Those who have obtained permanent residency in Japan are not eligible to apply for this selection process.
Note 2: Those who have graduated from a Japanese high school or secondary school, and those expected to graduate in March 2027, are not eligible to apply for this selection process.
