Tuition for Residents of Shizuoka Prefecture
The admission fee for residents of Shizuoka Prefecture is 141,000 yen.
“Residents of Shizuoka Prefecture” refers to those who, as of the date of enrollment, have had a residential address within the prefecture for at least one year continuously, either themselves, their spouse, or a first-degree relative. Residency is verified by a certificate of residence.

English Test Waiver Policy
The English test will be waived for those who meet any of the following conditions:

(1) Persons who have graduated (or are expected to graduate) from a foreign university.
(2) Persons who have graduated (or are expected to graduate) from a Japanese university as an international student.

For both (1) and (2), this waiver is limited to those who neither possess Japanese nationality nor have obtained Japanese permanent residency.

Applicants must have taken the “Japanese as a Foreign Language” section of the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) administered by the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO), within two years prior to the application start date.
The submission of an official EJU “Japanese as a Foreign Language” score certificate is required.
