Remarks Selection is based on a comprehensive assessment of academic examination results (covering specialized subjects and foreign languages—with scores converted from TOEIC or TOEFL for English, and from the Examination for Japanese University Admission [EJU] or the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test [JLPT] for Japanese), oral examination results, and academic transcripts.
At the time of application, candidates must submit a score report or certificate for one of the following: TOEIC, TOEFL, the Examination for Japanese University Admission (EJU), or the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).
The application guidelines for the second recruitment period are scheduled to be released in early October 2026.
