| Remarks | Special entrance examination for international students will be conducted only for Department of Health and Sport Sciences. At Department of Nursing, there is not special entrance examination for international students. In addition to above, 290,000 yen as facility fee is required. Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT): A certificate titled "JLPT Certification and Score Report" proving a pass at N2 level or higher.
