<Scholarship Programs for International Students>

Admission Fee Waiver Scholarship
This scholarship fully exempts the admission fee for international students enrolling in regular undergraduate or graduate programs at our university.
To use this program, applicants must meet certain eligibility criteria and apply at the time of application.

Tuition Reduction Program for Privately Financed International Students
Applications are accepted twice a year (in April and October). All international students who apply and meet the following two conditions are eligible. Tuition fees can be reduced by 20% to 60% based on the GPA earned in the previous semester (GPA criteria differ between undergraduate and graduate programs). For continuing students (excluding new entrants), the tuition invoiced will reflect the reduced amount.

[Requirements]
Applicants must satisfy both of the following conditions:
① Be enrolled in a regular undergraduate or graduate program at our university and hold a “Student” residence status.
② Have an average monthly remittance of 90,000 yen or less (excluding tuition), or if there is a financial supporter residing in Japan, that person’s annual income must be 5 million yen or less.

[Tuition Reduction Rates]
Tuition reduction rates vary according to the GPA of the semester immediately preceding the application.
*However, a uniform 30% reduction rate will be applied for the first semester after enrollment.

Graduate students with GPA 3.2 or above, or undergraduate students with GPA 3.0 or above: 60% reduction

Graduate students with GPA 2.8 or above, or undergraduate students with GPA 2.3 or above: 45% reduction

Graduate students with GPA 2.3 or above, or undergraduate students with GPA 2.0 or above: 30% reduction
