Must have completed a 12-year school education curriculum abroad (or be expected to complete it by March 2027), or be recognized by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology as having equivalent qualifications; alternatively, must be recognized by this university—through an individual screening of admission qualifications—as possessing academic ability equal to or greater than that of a high school graduate, and must be at least 18 years of age as of April 1, 2027. |
