■Overview of Tsuda University■
Tsuda University has two colleges: the College of Liberal Arts and the College of Policy Studies.
At the College of Liberal Arts, students study a wide variety of disciplines: those in the Department of English learn language, literature, culture and communication, while those in the Department of International and Cultural Studies work toward attaining an integrated understanding of our society.
In the Department of International Cooperation and Multicultural Studies, through fieldwork and high-level seminar tuition, students learn about multicultural co-existence and international cooperation to realize a more harmonious society.
Students in the Department of Mathematics and the Department of Computer Science learn both pure and applied mathematics and computer science.
The College of Policy Studies exists to provide the practical knowledge and problem-solving skills required to advance modern society.

| 備註 | Pre-assignment (an essay question regarding various issues facing contemporary society) [Note] Interview: Questions will be asked regarding the content of your pre-assignment response, as well as—based on your statement of purpose—your aspirations for study at this university, your awareness of relevant issues, and your future ambitions. Applicants must have taken either test 1) or 2) below: 1) Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 2) "Japan and the World" (Comprehensive Subject) section of the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU), with Japanese as the test language <English Proficiency Tests> Applicants must submit at least one of the following: a score report for TOEFL iBT, TOEIC (L&R and S&W), IELTS, GTEC (limited to CBT and official test versions), or TEAP (4-skill test); or the original pass certificate, original certificate of passing, original CSE score report, or original individual score report for the Practical English Proficiency Test (Eiken; including CBT, S-CBT, and S-Interview versions)—provided the document displays CSE scores for all four skills. *For tests other than Eiken, only those taken on or after April 1, 2024, are valid. *Please refer to the application guidelines for details. |
