法學

研究社會成長發展之方法

簡而言之，法學就是思考關於法律的一門學問。探求每一條法律的具體含義內容及來將各種問題及事件套用對照法律的理念。並可以學習到該如何將法律發揮到最大功效。 學習法學的意義就是了解法律，並助於社會發展和實現人類的豊足生活方式之貢獻。大多數發生在社會的事件裡，該如何用什麼樣的形態來說明與法律息息相關呢？光是此問題，在法學裡該學習的範圍是非常廣泛的。 在現代社會裡，與國際社會相關的問題層出不窮、還有因為網路世界的發達而造成一些著作權及人權問題的產生。所以在法律裡的最基本了解也是非常重要的。
