备注 To be eligible for admission to this university, an applicant must hold a residence status of "Student" (including those currently in the process of changing their status to "Student") and must not fall under the category of Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship students or students dispatched by foreign governments. Furthermore, the applicant must meet one of the following criteria as stipulated in Article 90 of the School Education Act and Article 150 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the School Education Act:
1) A person who has graduated from a high school or a secondary education school.
2) A person who has completed, or is expected to complete by March 31, 2027 (or by the end of September 2026 for autumn admission), a 12-year school education curriculum (including those who have completed an equivalent curriculum other than the standard one).
3) A person who has completed, or is expected to complete by March 31, 2027 (or by the end of September 2026 for autumn admission), a school education curriculum of 12 years or more in a foreign country, or a person designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology as possessing equivalent qualifications.
4) Persons who have completed a course at an educational institution recognized by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology as offering a curriculum equivalent to that of a high school.
5) Persons designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
6) Persons who have passed the Examination for the Certificate for Students Achieving the Proficiency Level of Upper Secondary School Graduates pursuant to the Rules for the Examination for the Certificate for Students Achieving the Proficiency Level of Upper Secondary School Graduates (MEXT Ordinance No. 1 of 2005) (including persons who passed the Examination for University Entrance Qualification pursuant to the Regulations for the Examination for University Entrance Qualification (Ministry of Education Ordinance No. 13 of 1951) prior to its abolition under the provisions of Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the aforementioned Rules).
7) Persons otherwise recognized by this university as having academic ability equivalent or superior to that of a high school graduate, upon reaching the age of 18.
8) Persons who have completed a preparatory course designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology for admission to a Japanese university, in cases involving countries where the curriculum leading to the completion of secondary education requires less than 12 years.
