(3) Those who have completed 12 years of school education in a foreign country. Those who have completed or are expected to complete 12 years or more of school education in a foreign country by March 31, 2024 (the last day of September 2023 for fall admission), or those who have been designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology as equivalent. (4) Those who have completed a course at an educational institution recognized by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology as having a course equivalent to that of a high school. (5) Persons designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
