IUJ provides personalized career support to help each student achieve their career goals, including employment and internship opportunities.
We offer a wide range of career services tailored to students' individual needs, including one-on-one career counseling, workshops, and initiatives that leverage the expertise and networks of faculty members and alumni.
IUJ also publishes a profile book featuring students seeking employment or internships and distributes it to companies and organizations to help connect students with potential employers and internship opportunities.
In addition, IUJ holds its On-Campus Recruiting program from January each year. Human resources representatives from companies are invited to campus to hold company information sessions and conduct interviews for employment and internship positions, providing students with opportunities to connect directly with prospective employers.

The internationally diverse members of the Graduate Student Organization Executive Committee (GSO-EC), elected annually by the student body, organize and support a variety of events and extracurricular activities to make student life at IUJ even more enjoyable.
In addition to organizing events such as the International Festival, IUJ Olympics, and Ski Day, the GSO-EC supports a wide range of student clubs.
Students, their families, and faculty and staff members are welcome to join a variety of clubs, including basketball, soccer, volleyball, badminton, iaido, yoga, finance, and photography. These activities provide opportunities for students from different backgrounds to connect and build friendships beyond the classroom.
