| 备注 | Eligibility for Application: Individuals who meet all the conditions in (1), (2), (3), and (5), and satisfy one of the conditions listed in (4), either ①, ②, ③, or ④. (1) Persons who do not hold Japanese nationality.1 (2) Persons who hold a residence status, such as "Student," under the "Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act," which does not interfere with university entrance examinations. (3) Individuals who meet the conditions for either of the following tests, or those recognized by the university as having equivalent or higher academic ability: ①Japanese Language Proficiency Test… Those who have passed N2 or higher after the 2023 academic year. ②Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students… Those who took the "Japanese Language" section after the 2023 academic year and scored a total of 200 points or more in listening, listening-reading comprehension, and reading comprehension, and also scored a total of 25 points or more in the writing section. Additionally, individuals planning to take the Japanese Language Proficiency Test or the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students in the 2025 academic year must submit a copy of their admission ticket at the time of application. (4) Academic Qualifications: ①Individuals who have completed (or are expected to complete by the end of March 2026) a 12-year course of school education in a foreign country and possess university admission qualifications in that country. ②Individuals who have completed a school education course of less than 12 years and, upon submitting proof of additional education or research history, are recognized by the university as having an equivalent of 12 years of education. ③Individuals designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology. ④Individuals recognized by the university as having academic ability equal to or greater than items 1 to 3 above. (5) Motivation to Apply: Individuals who understand the university's admission policy and are motivated to contribute to their local community in the future. Transfer System: Depending on the years of study completed and the entrance exam results, it is possible to transfer into the second or third year. 【Second-Year Transfer】 Requires being at least 19 years old at the time of enrollment and having completed at least 13 years of formal education. 【Third-Year Transfer】 Requires being at least 20 years old at the time of enrollment and having completed at least 14 years of formal education. ★ There is no transfer option for the fourth year. Even if you apply for a specific academic year, you may not be accepted into the desired year based on exam results. Conversely, if you are accepted for transfer, you can choose to enroll at a lower academic year than the one you were accepted for. However, once enrolled, you cannot request to move to a higher academic year. ※ The years of study do not include time spent in Japanese language schools or vocational schools. |

| 备注 | ※ Overseas venue entrance examinations will be conducted locally at designated educational institutions or similar facilities, as individually notified by this university. Applicants must meet all of the conditions (1), (2), (3), (4), and (6), and at least one of the conditions (5) ① to ④. (1) Persons who do not hold Japanese nationality. (2) Persons who can obtain the status of residence as defined in the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act under the category "Student" after enrollment. However, persons with permanent residence as defined in the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act or "Special Permanent Resident" as defined in the Special Act on Immigration Control, applicable to those who lost nationality under a peace treaty, cannot apply. (3) Persons who can reliably finance tuition, living expenses, and other costs from enrollment through graduation. (4) Applicants who satisfy the conditions in either ① or ② below, or who are deemed by the university to have an equivalent or higher level of academic ability: ① Japanese Language Proficiency Test … Those who have passed N2 or higher since the 2023 academic year. ② Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) … Those who have taken the "Japanese Language Subject" since the 2023 academic year and scored a total of 200 points or more in the Listening, Listening-Reading, and Reading sections, and a total of 25 points or more in the Writing section. Additionally, those planning to take the Japanese Language Proficiency Test or the EJU in the 2025 academic year must submit a copy of their exam admission ticket at the time of application. (5) Educational Requirements: ① Individuals who have completed a 12-year course of school education abroad (including those expected to complete it by the end of March 2026) and have qualifications to apply to a university in that country. ② Individuals from countries where a 12-year course of school education is not provided, but have acquired the equivalent of 12 years through additional education or research, as recognized by the university. ③ Individuals designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. ④ Others recognized by the university to have academic ability equivalent to or greater than the above-mentioned (1) to (3). (6) Applicants must understand the university's admission policy and have a strong desire to contribute to the local community in the future.
