비고	We offer a preferential system for international students; however, applicants whose status of residence at the time of enrollment is not "Student" are excluded from this system. Delays in payment of fees are not allowed. Applicants may request a refund of enrollment fees, excluding the admission fee, by submitting a withdrawal notice. The withdrawal notice must be received by March 31. Refunds will cover enrollment fees paid, excluding the admission fee (including miscellaneous fees). From the second academic year onward, an annual fee of 15,000 yen for miscellaneous fees is required.
