비고	We offer preferential treatment programs for international students; however, those whose status of residence at the time of enrollment is not "Student" are excluded from these programs. Delay in payment of fees is not allowed. Refunds of enrollment procedure fees, excluding the admission fee, are possible upon submission of a withdrawal notice from enrollment. The withdrawal notice must be received by March 31. Refunds will be made for the enrollment procedure fees paid, excluding the admission fee (including other fees). From the second year onward, an annual fee of 15,000 yen for other fees applies.
