비고	While we offer a preferential system for international students, those who do not hold "Student" status of residence at the time of enrollment are ineligible for this system. Late payment of fees is not permitted. You may apply for a refund of the fees paid during the enrollment process—excluding the amount equivalent to the admission fee—by submitting a "Notice of Enrollment Withdrawal." However, the "Notice of Enrollment Withdrawal" must be received by the university no later than March 31, 2027. The refund will cover the fees paid at the time of enrollment, excluding the admission fee component (miscellaneous fees are included in the refund). Please note that an annual fee of 15,000 yen is required for miscellaneous expenses from the second year onwards.
