Support for International Students at the Center for International Education and Cooperation

In addition to the varied overseas exchange programs the Center for International Education and Cooperation (CIEC) offers to nurture “global citizens”, the CIEC also provides a range of support for incoming international students welcomed from around the world – from financial assistance and housing support for international students, to the provision of Japanese language courses, and more.
If you have any questions about support for international students or the “Ryugakusei Nyugaku Shiken” (Entrance Examination for International Students in Japanese-based Degree Programs), please contact the Center for International Education and Cooperation (CIEC).

Muslim Prayer Room

Kwansei Gakuin University provides various facilities for our diverse student body, one of which is the Muslim prayer room.
The prayer room includes separate areas for male and female students, facilities for performing wudu (ablution), and qibla pointers on the walls and ceiling.

Access all the necessary books and databases for your research at the University Library.

In addition to the approximately 1.5 million books, approximately 17,000 academic journal titles and about 20,000 audio-visual materials the library holds, there are also many databases, e-books and e-journals, and other electronic material that can be accessed. As well as the academic journals held in the library, the “Books on Japan” corner has an extensive selection of material for learning about Japanese culture.
