The Audio Visual Center functions as a center for language education. It offers facilities including an audiovisual library with a full range of materials such as CDs and DVDs, media rooms, a Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL) classroom equipped with a simultaneous interpreting practice booth, and a studio. The audiovisual library, located on the first floor of the center, has a collection of approximately 10,000 audio resources and 8,000 video resources. Beyond language learning materials, the collection includes a wide variety of audiovisual materials such as classical and pop music, movies and documentaries.
The Wellness Center offers regular health checkups and follow-up care, and aims to improve students' quality of life in collaboration with the university's Health and Total Well-Being program (a required subject of the College of Liberal Arts). The center also provides a full range of student services including health consultations with the school doctor (internal medicine), a dermatologist, and a gynecologist; nutrition consultations with a registered dietitian; and counseling with a psychiatric counselor. Tsuda University strives to take advantage of being a small-sized women's university by providing each student with face-to-face, in-depth health support.
