Ghi chú	The application fee is 35,000 yen for the Comprehensive Selection Exam, School Recommendation Selection Exam, and General Selection Exam. For the Common Test for University Admissions Selection Exam, the fee is 15,000 yen. (A discount on the application fee is available in the following cases: ① applying for both schedules of the Comprehensive Selection Exam; ② applying for both the General 2-subject type, 3-subject type, and Common Test Selection; ③ Comprehensive Selection Exam applicants who reapply for the School Recommendation Selection Exam.) The first-year payment is 1,760,000 yen (including an admission fee of 300,000 yen; other miscellaneous fees are not included).

Ghi chú	The Faculty of Rehabilitation at our university offers several entrance examination systems: the Comprehensive Selection Exam, the School Recommendation Selection Exam, the Common Test for University Admissions Selection Exam, and the General Selection Exam. For all of these, international students apply and are evaluated in the same way as Japanese students; there are no special procedures for international applicants. For details, please refer to the 2026 Faculty of Rehabilitation Application Guidelines. Past exam questions are available only for the Recommendation Selection Exam (from the 2024 academic year) and the General Selection Exam.
