Here is a checklist of required documents
□(A) Academic Qualification (with required subjects on each courses)
□(B) English Proficiency
□ Photograph (taken within the last 3 months)
□ Statement of Reasons for applying (forms are available on the FGL website.)
□ Proof of (Expected) Graduation /Enrollment Certificate
□ Academic Transcript (all high school transcripts)
□ Proof of Nationality (e.g. passport, etc.)
