Eligibility: Female applicants who are foreign nationals holding a "Student" status of residence (or a status of residence eligible for change to "Student") as defined by the Japanese "Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act"—or who are expected to obtain such status by the time of enrollment—and who meet one of the eligibility criteria specified in the Application Guidelines.
