Kansai University Minami-Senri International Plaza was opened in April, 2012, and is equipped with the latest facilities for students in the Bekka program as well as dormitories for international students. It is conveniently located, and downtown Osaka can be reached with a train ride of 30 minutes or less. Even so, it is surrounded by greenery and very quiet, with many amenities for students to live rich lives during their stay. Also, Kansai University’s main campus, Senriyama Campus, is only 15 minutes away by bicycle.

Kansai University’s Bekka program makes use of ICT and e-learning for studies both in and out of the classroom. Students can develop IT skills while learning Japanese at the same time. For these purposes, all classrooms, as well as the terrace, gardens, and dormitories are all equipped with wireless LAN connectivity.
This dormitory is primarily occupied by international students in the Japanese Language and Culture Program Preparatory Course (Bekka) and by international students studying at Kansai University. Resident Assistants support residents in their daily lives.
All rooms are single rooms, and each unit consists of 6 to 7 rooms with a shared lounge and kitchen, creating an environment in which residents can naturally interact with one another. In addition, a variety of exchange events are held in cooperation with people in the surrounding community.
The dormitory fee for 2026 is JPY 53,000 per month, including utilities, internet access, and bedding rental.
