Seinan Gakuin University (SGU) has three self-catered dormitories located on the west campus that are 5 minutes walking distance to classrooms. Through on-campus residence life, you can enjoy not only a comfortable living environment but also a variety of social and academic activities. Local Seinan students and international students each make up 50 percent of the diverse dormitory population. There are Resident Assistants (RAs) who are Seinan student staff members and live in your dormitories. They can provide resources and support for living in residence.

Completed in 2023, the gymnasium features practice areas for eight sports and a training room on the first floor, a main arena and sub-arena on the second floor, and spectator seating on the third floor.
The university library serves as a symbol of academic pursuit. It includes a Silent Zone for focused reading and study, and an Active Zone where conversation necessary for collaborative learning is allowed.
Seinan Cross Plaza features a cafeteria that seats about 280 people and a lounge for about 100 people on the first floor, as well as a reception room and a guest room on the second floor. It is a popular spot used by approximately 700 people each day.
