The Liberal Arts study program at J. F. Oberlin University offers 33 different major programs in 7 fields of study. Students study for one-and-a-half years before deciding on a major. In this way, students select the field they truly wish to study after enrollment. These major programs offer focused courses of study, with each and every one offering highly-specialized learning.
The Liberal Arts study program offers 37 different fields of study in 7 categories: Language and Literature, Humanities, Regional Studies, Social Sciences, Psychology and Education, Mathematics and Sciences, and Information and the Environment. Students can freely combine studies in these fields to create their own original study program according to their interests and goals.
