If the prescribed notification is duly submitted by the deadline, the amount paid (including miscellaneous fees) will be refunded after deducting the admission fee (and bank transfer fees, if international remittance is required). However, if the notification is submitted after 5:00 p.m. on March 31, 2026, no refund will be made for the enrollment fee paid at the time of admission procedures. |
